Enrolment Process

Enrolment Process

For Groups:

Book online via our online booking form or call to arrange a booking.

We arrange a date and time with you for an inductor to come, if requested this can be multiple dates or times, whichever is more convenient for you.

Our inductor enrols all the candidates as a group or groups at the arranged time or times, this usually takes approximately one hour.

Our inductor will need to see or take copies of identification and you will need to have or know your national insurance number. Non-British citizens will need to provide copies of passports and visas to check eligibility for funding. A copy of a wage slip or proof of earnings is also helpful for us to determine what funding route to use.

Once all the paperwork is completed and everything is explained to the candidates, the learning material and necessary information is left with each candidate to take home.

Once enrolled, candidates are allocated an individual tutor who will support them throughout the programme. There is no need for the tutor to visit staff at the workplace. The tutor will also mark the candidates work and provide constructive feedback on each answer submitted.

All candidates can do the course in their own spare time and submit each completed workbook by post, email or online. Deadline dates are set however these are normally flexible within reason.

Once completed the learner will be notified usually by the tutor and then receive their certificate around 6 to 12 weeks after completion. This time varies due to some work being moderated by the awarding body.
